Hydro-R Pro uses one of the fastest absorbing protein sources Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate. Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate is Whey Protein Isolate in its pre-digested form to ensure easier mixing but most importantly even greater digestion. At R-Labz we have also added in DigesALL AP patented digestive better bioavailability of protein and thus even more efficient recovery from exercise per serving of protein.

Each serving delivers 24g of hydrolysed 100% Whey Protein Isolate and 5.5 grams of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), including 2.7 grams of the muscle building amino and L-Leucine. Its free of gluten and lactose, with less than one gram each of sugar and fat per serving.
